Egg Roulade Recipe from Prescott Pines Inn

Roulade originates from the French word "rouler" which means "to roll". A common form of roulade consists of a souffle-type mixture baked in a flat pan rolled around a filling. In our case, the souffle-type mixture is eggs and heavy whipping cream and then, as many of you know, Dawn gets creative with the filling!
